Condors fell to the Stars 3-2 last night, it was their first loss of the season vs the Central division which they are now 6-1-0 against. Currie and Callahan were our scorers and Shane Starrett was in net stopping 23 of 26 shots. Condors registered 30. PP went 0/3 PK was 1/2. Bakersfield is now 16-14-2-1 on the season.

Starting to remind me of the big club

Condors continue to struggle of late with a 6-3 loss to the Colorado Eagles last night. Gust potted two and Logan Day scored once in the loss, Dylan Wells was in net. Shots were 36-31 Condors. Special teams went 3/9 on the PP and 1/6 on the PK but it was not enough as the team struggled at 5 on 5 by the looks of things. Interesting note: P. Russell missed the game due to injury, it was his first game he's missed after a 162 game streak of playing while on the roster.

Shane Starrett got the SO as the Condors tied up the weekend series with the Eagles by a score of 2-0. Currie and Gust lit the lamp as special teams went 0/7 on both the PP and the PK. Shots were 38-30 Colorado. Bakersfield (17-15-2-1) finish their 3 game road trip going 1-2-0 and now return home to play the Stockton Heat on Wednesday and Friday.

Benson and Marody each had 3 assists while Currie netted the hat trick and Callahan potted one as the Condors doubled up on the Heat by a score of 4-2. Shots were 30-18 in favor of Bakersfield, Shane Starrett (8-3-3) was in net and it appears that he has taken over the starter role from Dylan Wells as he was recently moved to the ECHL (I think). PP went 3/7, PK 1/4. These same two teams go again Friday night.

Not only did Marody have another 3 assist game against the Heat (Again!), this time he added the OT winner as well as the Condors won their 3rd in a row defeating the Stockton Heat 5-4 in OT. Benson, Gust, Currie, and Gamba also scored. Shots were 36-20 in favor of Bakersfield, Shane Starrett was in net. Special teams went 2/5 on the PP and 3/6 on the PK as the Condors (19-15-2-1) improved to 6-1-0 over the Heat (16-19-4-0) this season. Condors go again tonight with a road game vs the San Diego Gulls.
